UCU students worried about online exams
A section of students at Uganda Christian University has expressed fear over the online exams saying they will not be effective.
This comes after the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academics, Dr John Kitayimbwa announced that students would do their end of semester exams online.
According to students, the university seems to have failed at online studies something that has clearly showed their inconsistency in handling it.
They suggest that they would rather do physical exams since they have had classes in person.
“Why would one do online exams even after having physical classes? The university is missing a point on this,” an angry student said.
The Directorate of Students’Affairs, Ms Bridget Mugasira said Students should cope up with the new normal.
“It is not a usual business, we have to adjust a little,” Mugasira said
It is however clear that UCU extended her semester’s end up to February 5.
From a trusted source, Students shall be doing their exams in January.
