UCU Alumnus Martha Kay grateful for second chance after nude photos horror
UCU Mukono Alumni, photographer Martha Kagimba, well known by many as Martha Kay decided to finally come out of hibernation after facing it rough when her nude photos, clearly showing off her ‘sumbie deforestation’ skills, were spread allover social media.
Kagimba who claims her phone was reportedly stolen by robbers, woke up to a sad morning after alleged thieves took it to social media to share her nudes. After all that she faced, the comic who had since been silent, has come out to thank and praise those friends, well wishers, fans and Family members who stood by her during the hard time.
In the post,Martha Kay says that she has been learning, unlearning and relearning a lot of things so as to grow wiser and stronger.
“The last three months have probably been the most challenging I have had to face, yet the most empowering. I have learnt that it is not what happens to you but how you react to it that matters at the end of the day.
Taking this time off has given me a chance to breathe, reflect, recharge and restrategise,” reads the post.
After about two or three days,a twitter post which was linked to Martha Kay was circulated, revealing that she had reported the issue and registered the case at Kira road police station.
The incident later on led to the clamping down and arrest of several individuals suspected of being behind her tragedy.
She is back and will soon be on your TVs for a show.
