President Museveni urges leaders to sensitize the public on NRM policies

President Yoweri Museveni has urged NRM leaders to sensitize the masses on NRM policies propelling the country in different sectors.

Museveni made the call while meeting with NRM leaders and flag bearers from the Lango sub-region districts of Alebtong, Amolatar, Apac, Dokolo, Lira, and Oyam.

“Concentrate on the needs of the people not on the identity of the people because none of those needs are the same. Why do you talk about people’s identity and yet their needs are there?” he asked.

The president said the decision to prioritize peace and respecting private sectors has helped Uganda to move extra miles.

“Respecting private sectors and promoting peace are the reasons why more investors are coming into the country which in return increased the country’s revenue,” he said.

He urged the leaders to always be focused and deliver services to the people other than discussing irrelevant issues.
