Makerere’s best Science student receives 500k cash prize from her College

Ms. Sarah Namayengo, the overall best science student at Makerere University during the recently concluded 70th graduation has been recognized yet again with a plague and shs.500,000 cash for her outstanding performance during her studies.

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Conservation Forestry and Products Technology from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. She scored a  CGPA of 4.82

This was the second time she was recognized for her outstanding performance. Sarah received an award from the Makerere University Convocation which came with Shs.1 million and a plaque.

“Thank you for being the best student in the department, the school level, the college, and the entire university,” Assoc. Prof. Fred Babweteera said as he awarded the young, ambitious, and hardworking lady.
