John Katumba reveals he used to wash cars to raise tuition

Uganda’s youngest ever presidential candidate John Katumba recently revealed in a television interview that he had to wash cars among several other odd jobs to raise the money needed to support his studies at Makerere University.

“I had to wash people’s cars and more to see that I finish university – John Katumba. Being President won’t solve my problems, but it is going to save Uganda. Uganda needs me now. I am the solution,” Katumba stated.

John Katumba has revealed overwhelming attention and support after the 24-year-old left people in awe for his determination to run for the highest office in the country.

He has denied reports that he was planted to divert attention from the opposition candidates in the race and has continuously reaffirmed that his dream of being president is valid.
