Exclusive: UMU deducts ICT fees off, tasks students to buy their own data bundles

News reaching our desk indicates that Uganda Martyr’s University (UMU) has come to the conclusion to deduct the ICT fees off the 2019/2020 academic year.

The academic registrar of UMU communicated to students through their official website and social media platforms.

The statement indicated that the University has eased the accessibility to E-learning to its students those that had fully paid their tuition will be compensated in the following academic year and arrangements for finalists are being made.

The university’s academic registrar also took this chance to inform the students who left their personal properties to pick them immediately so as the university can able to refurbish them.
