Bobi Wine condemns police brutality on Makerere University students

The 15% tuition increment policy demonstrations kicked off a day ago at the Ivory Tower.

Led by the female leaders, a number of them were arrested and later released on Police bond while others like Siperia Sasiraabo were expelled from the University for ganging against the University policies.

Later in the night, ‘People Power’ attached MAK Guild President H.E Julius Kateregga through his social media platforms reported that security operatives had evaded halls of residence of beaten up students.

Now People Power pressure group leader H.E Bobi Wine has come out to condemn the acts of brutality by the police on students.
