BIG DREAMS: S.6 vacist picks presidential nomination forms as he prepares to unseat Museveni

19-year-old Hillary Humphrey Kaweesa is among the first individuals that have picked nomination forms for the 2021 presidential race from the Electoral Commission.

Hillary a senior six vacist, previously studied at Mengo Senior Secondary school. H obtained 3 principal passes and is thus eligible to contest for the elections.

Kaweesa claims he is competent to run the highest office on the land because he has a history of serving as a high school counselor and that makes him confident for the position.

However, he is now stuck given that he cannot raise the 20 million shillings nomination fee but he is optimistic that he will raise the funds.

”People will contribute because people who know the cause cannot fail to contribute for a guy like me” Kaweesi stated.

Legislators in 2017 ammended the constitution when they scrapped the presidential age-limit of 75 years and lowered the age eligibility for president, to 18 from 35 years.

This made individuals such as Hillary eligible to contest.
